Rreal Tacos offers a customer-care text messaging service: when you call one of our restaurants and speak with our phone assistant, you may verbally request that a link (such as our menu, directions, gift cards, ordering or reservations) be sent to your phone by text message. One message is sent per request. Message frequency varies based on your requests; this is not a recurring subscription.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you request them again. For help, text HELP or contact us at info@rrealtacos.com or through rrealtacos.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Phone Assistant Script
When you call Rreal Tacos Tampa, our virtual phone assistant answers. If you ask to receive information by text message, the assistant reads the following disclosure before anything is sent:
“I can text you that — it’s just one message per request, and message and data rates may apply. Our texting terms and privacy policy are at rrealtacos.com/sms-terms. Would you like me to send it?”
A text message is sent only after you verbally agree, and the assistant confirms your phone number with you before sending. Message frequency: one message per request — there are no recurring or subscription messages. The messages exist solely to send you information you asked for during your call, such as our menu, directions, or gift cards. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help.
